The Motorola Milestone is
a side slider form factor handset. Normally the handset that got this kind of
design are more bulky due to the full Qwerty keypad. However, we were quite
surprise to discovered that the Milestone didn’t bulky at all. It is one of the
thinnest landscape-sliding QWERTY devices available on the market. It measures
115.8 x 60 x 13.7 mm which is slightly larger than iPhone 3GS, and very comfy to
hold in hand and easy to slip in pocket. In the front is the huge 3.7” TFT
capsitive touchscreen at 480 x 854 pixels with support for up to 16 million
colors. Below the screen are four capacitive touch-sensitive buttons that
perform various Android functions: back, menu, home, and search. On either side
you will found a microUSB port (left), dedicated camera button, volume rocker
(right) and the music lover favorite, the standard 3.5mm headset jack located on
the top side with the power/lock button close next to it. The 5-megapixel camera
of course is lying on the back side. Sliding the screen will unveil the four row
QWERTY keyboard. Unfortunately, the keypad is not so press-friendly.
